Embroidery Product Information

It is our hope that this will help you to "SAVE MONEY" with each application

KK100 ADHESIVES KK100

KK100

KK2000
Is 67% more powerful, NON-FLAMMABLE and odorless
KK100/K2000
These products when used on stretchy knits will reduce the fabric movement of sweaters and knit shirts while embroidering. Can also be used with applique, just spray and place onto the fabric (even reposition if necessary). Used on slippery material to help eliminate puckering. Spray the backing and hoop together with the fabric. Holds unfinished garments in place. Spray fabric and stick to hooped backing. Great for pockets and patches. Good for screen-printers also! Provides a tacky surface without stains and leaves no residue.
HOW TO USE
When spraying hold can 8" - 12" from surface and as upright as possible. For proper concentration of glue, press nozzle down as far as possible with each spray. **DO NOT OVER SPRAY**. The adhesive achieves the desired tackiness within 3-8 seconds on different fabrics. As the can nears empty, it may be necessary to rotate the spray nozzle to finish the contents of the can. Should the nozzle clog up, turn the can upside down and spray. If this does not unclog the nozzle, exchange with nozzle from another can. **Important Notice** Never insert needles or similar objects into nozzle as this may deform the spray channel causing changes in the misting pattern.

SOLVY

Solvy
Is an amazing, water soluble plastic film. It is used in many situations
Solvy
Prevents stitches from getting lost in knitwear garments and prevents the loops from jumping up on terrycloth during the embroidery process
Solvy
Allows much more detail to be seen on any intricate design and is not meant to be used on velvet, corduroy or silk
HOW TO USE
Place Solvy on top of framed fabric, some designs require Solvy to be framed with fabric. After the embroidery process is complete, tear away the larger areas of Solvy inside and outside of the design. Dissolve Solvy on very small areas by lightly misting the area. It will disappear and be removed from the fabric at first washing.**NOTE** The Embroidery should not be left damp or wet longer than a few minutes. On larger area's mist lightly to dissolve Solvy. After a few seconds the dissolved Solvy solution may be removed with a dampened sponge or cloth. Solvy may also be removed after misting with a 'ball' of dry Solvy. Roll leftovers scraps into a ball and then roll the dry 'ball' over the misted areas. The dry Solvy will pull away the dissolved wet Solvy.
